You will be provided with contact information for a service representative. We also provide proactive service calls during the season.
The decoration season is short, and schedules tend to fill up at the beginning of November, so it is encouraged to contact your local service provider as early as possible.
Each installation proposal is presented with a number of options so the customer can invest as much-or as little-as they want for each customized installation.
All the décor is included with the service package. The Service One program automatically replaces décor when it needs to be, even allowing you to change colors upon renewal. With the Service One Program, you’ll never own old, worn-out décor again!

With the Service One Program, maintenance is included in the price. We also conduct proactive service visits throughout the holiday season to ensure that your program looks the same as it did the installation day.
No, we cannot warranty the quality, or workmanship of lights we do not provide.
In most cases, no. However, if there is a larger installation, sometimes there may be a need for a larger power supply.
No, for your convenience our highly trained installation crew can complete exterior installations regardless of your availability.
